FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of January, 1975
and the Court having given ful~l consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists betweeri the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk-of
~ this Court against FAITH MARIE HOLLEY be and the same is hereby

~ approved, ratified and confirmed.

~ 2. The marriage between JAMES ALFRED HOLLEY and

F FAITH MARIE HOLLEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~ the obligations arising therefrom.
3. Custod~ of JAMES ALFRED HOLLEY, JR., minor chi~d
of the parties, is hereby awarded to FAITH MARIE HOLLEY with

~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES ALFRED HOLLEY. ~
