the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
JOSEPH S. HORVATH & MARY E. HORYATH, HIS WIFE
to VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC.
bearing date the 21st day of February , A.D. 19 72 , recorded in
Officical Records Book 201 , page 306 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
that certain note in the sum of ~7,926.90
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:

Condominium Parcel: Block # D, Lot N 22 of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, ;
a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the Condominium Act
of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et. seq. 1965)
- said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to,
all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, including
•the limited common eleme~ts assigned hereto, and including the undivided .
interest in the common elements of said Condominium. -

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgag2 deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
