Balance shown above and payable av set forth above, and any Purchaaer of said Note ahall take the same iree from any defense
ehereto and/or claims, demands and setotfa of Purchaser against 3eller, NOW, THEREFORE: •
If the obligation hereby secured, or any part thereof, is not paid at the maturity hereof, whet2ier uuch maturity be caused by lapse
ot time or by acceleration, such entire obligatlon or the part thereot which has matured. as the case may be, shall theceafter draw
straight interest at the rate ot 8~r per annum until paid; or at the option of the Seller, the 3eller may collect and receive, and the
Purchaser agrees to pay, a late charge calculated at the rate of 5~ for each dollar of any monthly installment, shown above which ia
not paid on or before ten days after the due date thereof, but in no event shall the amount of such late charge for any one defaulted
