ORDER SETTING VISITATION PRIVILEGES }
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on December 6, 1974,
upon petition of JIMMY REGINALD DIAMOND; both parties having ~

been before the Court,~r~pr-esented by their respective counsel,
and entering into a stipulation relative visitation privileges,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, hereby adopts
{
and approves said stipulation. It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. Both minor children of the parties shall visit with `

j their father, JIMMY REGINALD DIAMOND, on the last weekend of each
~ on Friday, .
j month, commencing when school is out/'until Sunday at 6:30 P.M.
f The children may stay with JIMMY REGINALD DIAMOND over night if ~

s they so desire. Neither parent shall use any word or deed to ;

~ persuade the children, or permit anyone to influence the children, ~
~ whether or not to stay over night with ~JIMMY REGINALD DIAMOND, ~

this being at the sole option of the children. f
2. In the month of December, said weekend visitation

shall take place on the weekend before Christmas to allow JIMMY ~
~ o sho in with his children ~

in preparation for the holidays. ;

~ not be construed to be undue influence upon said children. {
