DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of January, .

1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction :
of the parties and subject matter of thi~ suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ;
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~

should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ; s

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
' ANTONIO MAGLIOCCHINO and CLAUDIO MAGLIOCCHINO be and the same ~

; is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ,
~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore :

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. That the wife, CLAUDIO MAGLIOCCHINO has a special
~ equity in that certain savings certificate on deposit with
Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce ;
~
which originally was in the name of Antonio Magliocchino and i
~ Claudio Magliocchino to the extent of $3,000.00; said certifi-
~ ~
cate being certificate ~ 708-360 and the Husband shall pay the ~
~
~ sum of $3,000.00 to the wife within five (5) days from the date ;
of this Order and upon the payment of said sum by the Husband
-
to the Wife, the special equity that the wife has in the savings
~:t; certificate will terminate.

~ 3. That the deed executed by the Husband to his son by '

a previous marriage, Mauro Magliocchino is a nullity and is of ;
