THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on December 19, 1974~, :

filed by the Plaintiff herein and the Plaintiff having i ~

appeared with Counsel and a default being entered against the ,

Defendant, L. V. THOMAS, for failure to file or serve and ~

answer or pleading and the Court having given full consideration; ~
t, to the testimony and evidence, finds and determines: This Court ~
~ has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of '
this cause; that the equities are with the Plaintiff and ;
against the Defendant; that the Plaintiff is entitled to the ; ~
;i relief in her complaint, and that the Court finds and ~
i~ determines that the Defendant, L. V. THOMAS, is the father of ;
LARISSA THOMAS, age 3 years, and CALANDRA THOMAS, age 1 year, ;

~ bastard children of Plaintiff, DORIS, MILLS, as alleged in 1

~ the Complaint; and the Court being otYi~rwise fully advised in ~

pRDERED pND pD~TUDGED that the Defendant, L. V. THOMAS, !

~ is the father of LARISSA THOMAS and CALANDRA THOMAS, the ~
- bastard children of the Plaintiff, DORIS MILLS.
IT IS FURTHERID ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that ~

~ . 1. Beginning Monday, December 30, 1974, that the

~ Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff, DORIS MILLS, as support

~a for the children herein the total amount of Thirty Dollars

, (~30.00) per week representing Fifteen Dollars (~15.00) for

~ each child, said payments shall continue each and every week g
