determines : This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter

~i of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the

parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken

and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

i~ 1. DISSOLLTTION OF,MARRIAGE. The marriage between

j~ CORA J. COX and HARRY C. COX be and the same is hereby dissolved,

! and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

: ~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. CORA J. COX be and she is ~ '

~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of COR.A J. JOHNSON and -

to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~

3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en- i

_ joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. ~
