GUDGER, Wife ) ~ and ~ JULEN REX GUDGER, SR., Husband ; ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTYON OF MARRIAGE This case came on for trial this date and the Court, having given full cons3deration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This ~ Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; ~ that the relation of husband and wife now exists betv~een the parties ; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ~?DJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTID N OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betv~een PATRICIA A. i j GUDGER and JULEN REX GUDGER, SR., be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ ; ! ! ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds s , ~ - # ~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ariaing therefran. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Julen Rex Gudger, Jr., and Michael ~ ~ Terry Gudger, the minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA A. GUDGER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JULEN REX GUDGER, SR. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 3.~ day of January, 1975, JULEN ~ ~ REX GUDGER, SR, shall pay to PATRICIA A. GUDGER the sum of $100.00 each ~ and every week for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~y him remitted promptly to ~ ~`Y PATRICIA A. OUDGER. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 • Y~ as statutory costs ta be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
