available, for maincenance and overhead; maintaining and replacing fences, roadways and walks;
drains and wacer systems; uees, shrubs, borders and locs; coois, machinery• and equipmenc; buildings,

i~} services properly applicable to the operations of the properry• and other necessary appurtenances and
