chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaratio~ of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Ocaners' Association has encumbered
and inlpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes ttie obligations as to the Property
O~~ners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confir:~s ~
that all ~rarranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
