Such gragcsed ~ivisionsj if anproved along ? with the proposed planned development project and if in ~ compliance with the subdivision regulations, shall be per- ~ missible without further subdivision regulation approval. ~ All projects which include a proposed subdivision of the ~ total tract of lanci into separately owned and operated units shall, if approved,- be subject to all attached special con- ~ ditions and all existing subdivision regulations. ~ ~ (6) there shall be no subdivision of an approved Planned Devel- ~ opment Project unless such subdivision is in conformance ~ with the originally approved and recorded final plat of the ; planned development project has been approved and recorded. ; ~ (7) there shall be no change, alteration, amendment, or extension ~ of any approved planned development project final plan unless such change, alteration, amendment, or extension is approved ~ i~ conformance with the procedures for filing a Planned Development Project. j ~ E t P i ~ (8) all land included for purposes of develo ment within a Planned ~ Development Project shall be under the control of the appli- ~ cant, whether that applicant be an individual, partnership, _ ~ ~ ~ or corporation or a group of individuals, partnerships, or ~ corporations. The applicant shall present firm evidence { ~ of the unified control of the entire area within the pro- ~ ~ posed Planned Development Project. ~ ~ ~ (9) tracts of land under unified ownership as defined in Sub- ~ section 21(5) of Section 7, containing the minimum or greater i acreage allowable for a Planned Development Project, and ~ zoned in two or more classifications, shall be developed as ~ a Planned Development Project, unless: ~ ~ w (a) it can be demonstrated to be in the public interest to ~4 change the zoning on the parcel to a single classifi- 9~F cation .
