I ~ (e) Accessory uses and structures incidental to a permitted ~ ~ use including a cocktail lounge in connection with a F ~ C ~ restaurant. _ ~ ~ ~ (7) Other uses of a nature similar to those listed, after deter- ~ ~ mi.nation and recommendation by the County at the time of ~ rezoning that such use or uses is appropriate to the PDP ~ including schools, utility installations, and other public ~ facilities. ~ ; { ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES ~ ~ ~ I. Pre-Application Conference ~ ~ ~ ~ ~p,~ pur~OSe: A pre-application conference with the County staff will be held.
