' ~ (D) Preliminarv Plan Approval: ~ € (1) If, after a public hearing, the Planned Development ` Pro'ect is recommended for approval by the Planning ~ 7 and Zoning Commission then a resolution shall be passed stating that they will-recommend the specified area as ~ a PDP, provided that the County Commission approves ~ the ~Preliminary Plan. ' 1 ~ (2) In the event the County Commission has conditioned f its approval in the granting of the plan requiring ~ modifications to-the plan, then such Preliminary Plan approval shall not be effective until the developer has filed, with the County Commission or designated ~ agency, writtem m~sent to the plan as modified. (3) If a Detailed Plan covering the area in the Preliminary ~ ! Plan has not been filed within six (6) months from the ~ date granting Preliminary Plan approval, the approval ~ shall expire. The County at its discretion, may extend ; for additional periods not.in excess of six months ~ ' each, the filing of the Detailed Plan when, for good ~ ~ cause, such extension is necessary. ~ ~ ~ ~ ' ~ III. Detailed Plan ! t t (A) purpose: The purpose of the Detailed Plan is to provide a ; specific and particular plan upon which the County Commission ~ will take its final action. When seeking approval of a t Planned Development Project, the Detailed Plan shall be filed as the second step plan when a Preliminary Plan has been ~ approved.
