DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of January, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~

and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub»
_ ;
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now `
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between JACK C. ROWE

' and HALLIE E. ROWE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2, ALIMONY. Commencing the lOth day of January, 1975, JACK C. ~

RpWE shall pay to HALLIE E. ROWE the sum of $50.00 each and every ~
week for a period of six months, for the support of and rehabilitative
alimony for the wife named above.

~ remitted promptly to HALLIE E. ROWE. In addition there is hereby ~

~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory.costs to be added to each payment

~ of this court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
