I, KARL FREDERICK WEISENBACFIER, of the City of Newark, j

County of Essex and State of New Jersey, being of sound Mind, Memory ~

and Understanding, do on this 6th., day of September,l968, make and ~
publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following, that is
to say: i
FIRST: I order and direct my Executor, hereinafter named, {
to pay and satisfy all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
expenses as soon as convenient after my decease. ~
SECOND: Al1 the rest, residue and remairider of my Estate, ~
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be, ~
I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, MARIE WEISENBACHER; should
my said wife, MARIE WEISENBACHER, predecease me, or die si.multaneously
with me, then I give, devise and bequeath the same to my daughter, -
ROSE MARIE WEISENBAQiER. ~
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
wife, MARIE WEISENBACfiER, sole Executor of this my Last Will and
i Testament, hereby giving my said Executor full power and authority
s .
~ to sell and convey any and all real estate of which I may die seized.
Should my said wife, MARIE WEISENBACEiER, predecease me, or die
~ simultaneously with me, or fail to qualify, or die or become
disqualified, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
ROSE MARIE WEISENBACHER, in her place and stead.
FOURTH: It is my will that no Bond or other security be
required of my said Executor for the faithful performance of her
duties in any jurisdiction.
