1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRP~RATION, its successors or assigns, shall notity
ihe undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned hom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state oI
appearcmoe cmd repair c~onsistent with the general appecffance ~?d state of repair ot other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance.

3. As ta m~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-

~ signed agrees to make pa~~ment thereof within 10 days after demcmd. Provided, however, that dem~d

i ~-~s ~ ior payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.
i ~ 4. In ihe event that ihe undersigned shall fail or retuse to make payment ot the actual costs or
~ ~ ~ expen ~es in~urred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~ ~ cc~sso-s or assigns, may undertaite collection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pQY
~ hereunder, to~ether with all costs oi collection including a reasonable attomey's fee. GENERAL
