This matter Cominq n4for earing, evidence being given, upon
consideration the Court ~inds as follows: .
1. That the Husband is not in contempt of Court for failure to -
pay alimony and that because of the Wife's remarriage no further
payments are due for rehabilitative alimony.
2. That a balance is aue on attorney~ fees of $310.00 together
with $35.00 for attorneys' fees for this hearing and $7.50 in costs
for a total amount of $352.50 and orders that same be paid and be
paid at the rate of $100.00 per month with the first payment due
immediately and each subsequent payment due on the lst day of the month
with the final payment to be in the amount of $152.50.
