This matter coming on for hearing on Monday, December 16, 1974, ;

all parties being represented by counsel, upon considetation the
Court finds that:
1. The Wife is not in contempt of court and denies the Motion
to hold her in same.
2. The Court further modifies the Order entered herein in
respect to child visitation to provide that the child shall be with ~ f
the father on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. This is in
lieu of the provision relating to weekend visitations.
3. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is re-
k tained for such other and further orders as are necessary.
