ORDER ON CONTEMPT ~
This cause having been heard upon Motion for Enforcement of the

Final Judgment filed by R. N. KOBLEGARD, III., Esquire, attorney for `
the wife; and CORA LEE BURNS, having appeared with counsel and JOSEPH ;
i
BURNS having been duly notified and appearing with counsel, and the ~
Court having considered the evidence, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. QONTEMPT. Joseph Burns is found to be in Contempt of Court
for failure to make the payments provided for by the Final Judgment ;
~
previously entered on the 24th day of May, 1974, and a judgment is
' entered against the husband, JOSEPH BURNS in favor of the wife, CORA
i
~
~ LEE BURNS in the amount of $1150.00. The said Joseph Burns can purge
P
~ himself of said contempt by paying all payments in the future on time
~ as set forth in the Final Judgment.
2. PAYMENT. All payments, together with a$1.00 Clerk's fee,
shall be made to the Clerk of this Court by cash, r.ioney order~ar-
cashier's check. The Clerk shall promptly remit said payment to ;

Cora Lee Burns. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times.
