This cause, coming on for hearing this date on the Motion for ~
Contempt filed herein by the attorneys for the wife, and the Court, having ~
heard testimony o~ the husband and wife and the argument o~ counsel far the
wife, and it appearing tofie Court that the husband has failed to make pay-
ment for lump sum alimony as provided for in the Final Judgment Dissolurion ~
of Marriage and Property Settlement and Sep~rarion Agreement entered into
between the parties, in that the defendant has not paid said lump sum alimony
resulring in an arrearage of ~696.00, which sum was computed by giving
the husband credit for the sum of ~604.OU which he paid to Sentry Acceptance
Carporarion, said sum beir~g deducted from the total lump sum alimony in
the amount of $1, 300. 00, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, ~
upon cansiderarion thereof, 1L 1S

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :

~ 1. That the husband, CLOYCE W. LUMPIQN, is in arrears in ~
the sum of ~696. 00 and that the husband be and he is hereby held in contempt
of court for failure to comply with the terms of said Final Judgment Dissolution
~ . -
of Marriage and Property Settlement and Separarivn Agreement.
2. That the husband, CLOYCE W. LUMPiQN, may purge himself ;

by paying the sum of ~50.00 per week, together with a statutory fee of $1.00
per week, to Roger Poitras, Clerk ~ the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County
Florida, said payments commencing on or before January 8, 1975 and a like
~
~ payment shall be made each and every week thereafter until such time as the

~ arrearage is paid in full.

~ 3. That in the event the husband, CLOYCE W, LUMPIQN, fails
~ to a eaid $50.00 by January 8, 1975, or fai ls to make any payment thereafter, ?
