BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority,personally ,
appeared WILLIAM E. MIMS, who, upon first being duly sworn,
did depose and say that he is a lifetime resident of St. ;
Lucie County, Florida, and that he is the eldest son of the
late Robert E. Mims, who was sometimes known as R.E. Mims,~~

who died June 15, 1930, and Eva W. Mims, who died January .
7, 1974; Affiant further says that he has read the Affidavit ~
of Frank Fee of even date herewith and knows of his own know-
ledge that the facts therein stated are true; Affiant further
says that the Mims residence situate at the northeast corner
I of the intersection of South Tenth Street and Georgia Avenue i

~ in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, was constructed prior

~ to January 1, 1930, and that the same was the homestead of
~
~
F Robert E. Mims until his death.

Affiant further says that his brother, Luther
Girtman Mims died intestate, survived by his widow, Jeanette
Mims, and his two (2) children, LuAnne Mims and William

Lawrence Mims.

~ This Affiant further says that he was familiar with

~ the value of the assets comprising the estates of his deceased
~
brothers, Lawrence W. Mims and Luther Girtman Ntims, respectively,

and this Affiant knows the sa~e to have beea fully exempt from

~ estate taxes either to the State of Florida or to the United-
~
s States. .
