BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared FRANR FEE, who, upon first being duly sworn, did ;
depose and say that he is and has been a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for more than Sixty (60) years last
passed and that he has practiced law in St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, continuously since June, 1935. ~

Affiant further says that he well remembers the
late Robert E. Mims and his wife, the late Eva W. Mims:
that Mr. and Mrs. Mims were married and living together as t

husband and wife in Fort Pierce, Florida, prior to the
` earliest recollection of the Affiant.

~ Affiant was well acquainted with the five (5)
~ chiZdren born unto the said Robert E. Mims and Eva W. Mims, ~

~ his wife; that the names of said children now surviving are
Elsa Mims Dixon, William E. Mims and Lorraine Mims ~ioward,
and the names of the deceased children were Lawrence 4
Winstead Mims and Luther Girtman Mims. ~
