FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRZAGE ~

This cause came on for trial the sixth day of January, 1975
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~
matter of•this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD MARVIN ;
DAY and DONNA JUNE DAY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties ~
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony 1
heretofore existing between them and from the obligation's arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOSEPH ALTON DAY, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to DONNA JUNE DAY with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to DONALD MARVIN DAY. i

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of January, 1975 ~
DONALD MARVIN DAY shall pay to DONNA JUNE DAY the sum of $;~s.a each and '
~ every week, for the support of the child named above.
; Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and Y,y him
r remitted promptly to DONNA JUNE DAY. In addition there is hereby assessed
s the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
~ the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
z check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court ~
~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this 3
~ order is in effect.
~ 4. The husband, DO
:ALD MARVIN DAY, shall pay to the wife, DONNA
~ JUNE DAY, the swn of $~S for`unpaid medical expenses incurred in the
~ connection with the birth of the minor child. }
~ 5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
~ to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and
~
DONBLD MARVIN DAY is ordered to ay said attorney said sum together with
~ costs herein assessed at $ 30•~ -

~ 6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
