MILLER, Wife. ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DSSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the Sth day of January, 1975, i .and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~ finds and determines: This Court has ju~isdiction of the parties , . s and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband ~ and wife now exists between the pa=tiea; and that the marriaqe between the parties.is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ; z { l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM ~ E. MILLER and JANET M. MILLER be and the same is hereby dissolved j and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the . ; bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the f - ~ E obligations arising therefrom. r ~ ~ ; 2. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. The petitioner, JANET M. t ~ - ~ MILLER, sha11 hereafter be known as JANET M. WILSON. ~ R 3. COSTS. The respondent, WILLIAM E.
