The re2ation.oi hus~,an3 and wife now exists between the parties and the marriage ~ . ~ of said parties is irretrievably broken. It is thereupon ordered and adjudged as follows: ~ r 1. The marriage between the Husband, FREDERICK ~ E. THOMAS and the Wife, CAROLYN SUE THOMAS, be and the same ~ is hereby dissolved, and the parties are hereby forever freed ~ i ° ~ ~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore-existing between them i ~ and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ 2. That custody of the minor children of the parties, ~ F , CHRISTOPHER THOMAS, LISA CAROL THOMAS and PATRICIA KAY THOMAS ~ 4 ~ is awarded to the Wife, with reasonable rights of visitation, ~ A ~ awarded to the Husband.
