THIS CAUSE came on for a hearing this date and {
the Court having given full consideration *o all the evidence,
finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and

and wife now exists between the parties and the marriage ~

of said parties is irretrievably broken.
It is thereupon ordered and adjudged as follows: ~
r 1. The marriage between the Husband, FREDERICK ~
E. THOMAS and the Wife, CAROLYN SUE THOMAS, be and the same ~
is hereby dissolved, and the parties are hereby forever freed ~

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore-existing between them

~ and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. That custody of the minor children of the parties,

~ is awarded to the Wife, with reasonable rights of visitation, ~

~ awarded to the Husband. The Husband shall pay the sum of ~

~ $33.00 per child per week to CAROLYN SUE THOMAS for support ~
