PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, ALVIN SAPP and LOR- ;
RAINE A. SAPP, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the mort- , !
gagors, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 23rd day }
of February, 1972, and recorded in the off ice of the Clerk of
- the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, in Official Record Book 199, page 2643, granted
and conveyed unto t~ATHERINE R. CARLISLE, inc3ividually and as
Trustee, joined by her husband, LUTHER O. CARLISLE, indivi- ;
dually and as Trustee, ROBERT R. CARLISLE, individually and .
as Trustee, joined by his wife, MARY W. CARLISLE, hereinafter
referred to as the Mortgagees, and their assigns, the pre-
mises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of
the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00), with interest as ~
therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagors have requested the said Mort-
gagees to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation
of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagees, in consi- i
deration of the premises and of the sum of Ten and No/100
($10.00), to them in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said -
Mortgagors at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said Mortgagors, their heirs and assigns,
