ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on the motion of Rupert
Jasen Smith, attorney for Wife, for an Order adjudging David Jolly
in contempt of court for his failure to pay wife's attorneys fees
and costs as set out in the Final Judgment entered bv this Court, ;
and the court having heard the statement of the husband, David ~
:
Jolly, and having found that said David Jo?1y has not paid said s ~
to the attorney for wife, Rupert Jasen Smith, and the Court findin
that said Husband owns a 1970 Corvette Chevrolet with a first lien
in the amount of $500.00 to Howard Masters, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, David Jolly,
is found to be in contempt of court for failing to pay Rupert
Jasen Smith, the attorney for the wife, his fee of $330.50; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUGED that the said David '
Jolly may purge himself of contempt by giving said attorney, i
Rupert Jasen Smith, a second lien on his 1970 Corvette Chevrolet ~
E in the sum of $330.50 and to pay said sum at the rate of $10.00 ~
