ASSIGNMFNf OF 00NTRACT OF SALB AND AGRB@4BATr FOR DEED
THIS ~SSIGNMFNf OF AGREEMENf FOR DEED made this 7th day of January, 1975,
by DOROTHY B. LBl4nN, a widow, of St. Lucie County, Florida, party of the firat
part, in consideration of the sum of $1~.~8 and other valuable considerations,
received from or on behalf of ANDR~1 P. ROZDILSRI, a aingle adult, whose address

332 Hoabine Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
party of the second part, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, aseign, tranafer and
set over unto the said party of the aecond part all their right, title and interest
in and to that certain Agreement for Deed dated October 20, 1963, recorded
December 20, 1963, in Official Record Book 77, Page 98, from Lloyd Taylor and
Clotilde F. Taylor, his wife, partiea of the first part therein, in favor of
Ann R. Mitchem, a wido~, with respect to the following deacribed piece or parcel
of land and the improvements thereon, in the Countq of St. Lucie and the state of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 7, RF.PLAT OF PALM GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 42, Fublic Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

And the party of the secand part hereof, by the acceptance of this Aasig~ent,
agrees to assume and pay the balance of the sum due thereon, in accordance with
the terms of the aforesaid Agree~ent for Deed.
