MINERAL DEED
WHEREAS, by Warranty Deed dated August 1, 1939, recorded
in Deed Book 95 at Page 5, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, Consolidated Naval Stores Company conveyed to
E. N. Belcher the lands hereinafter described, and in said deed
of conveyance retained certain oil, gas and minerals in place on
or under said premises, and
WHEREAS, the Grantee herein represents that it is the ;

owner of the surface estate of the lands hereinafter described ~
at the present time and has requested CONSOLIDATED-TOMOKA LAND CO., ~

successor in title to Consolidated Naval Stores Company, to release
and convey said mineral reservation to CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH & SONS,
INC. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
CONSOLIDATED-TOMOKA LAND CO., a corporation existing under the ?

laws of the State of Delaware, having its principal place of t

~ business in the County of Highlands and State of Florida, herein- ~

` after called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of

~ Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the re- ~
