future leases affecting said oil, gas and other minerals so long
as there shall be included therein, for the benefit of the Grantor
herein, its successors and assigns, the royalty interest reserved
herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described oil, gas and
other mineral rights with all and singular the rights, privileges,
and appurtenances thereunto pertaining,unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, forever.
