MINERAL DEED

WHEREAS, by Warranty Deed dated January 2, 1946, ~

of record in Deed Book 120 at Page 527, St. Lucie County, Florida ~
records, ALTO ADAMS and CARRA ADAMS, his wife, conveyed to
STRAZZULA BROTHERS COMPANY, a copartnership composed of Phillip ;
Strazzula, Frank Strazzula, and Dominic Strazzula, the lands ;
hereinafter described, and in said deed of conveyance retained
certain oil, gas and minerals in place on or under said premises;
and
WHEREAS, the Grantee herein represents that it is the
owner of the surface estate of the lands hereinafter described
at the present time and has requested ALTO ADAMS and CARRA ADAMS,
his wife, to release ~nd convey said mineral reservation to
CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH & SONS, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE+PRESENTS, that
ALTO ADAMS and CARRA ADAMS, his wife, hereinafter called the

Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars /

' adequacy~of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,

~ forever, hereinafter called the Grantee, whose post office address
~ is c/o James H. Moore, Jr., Esq., P. O. Box 391, Ashland, Kentucky,
41101, all of their interest in all the oil, gas and other minerals
in and under and that raay be produced from the following described
~ lands situated in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
