does lease, rent, 1et and demise unto said Sublessee an equal undivided
interest in the property more fully described in that certain Lease

Beach, F.lorida, as~Lessor, and VILLA DEL SOL, INC.,' dated the 23rd~

I' It is the intent of the Sublessor to enter into a sublease with each
