JANET L. BERRONG, being f irst duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and states as follows.:
1. T'hat she is a resident of Milwaukee County, State of
Wisconsin, residing at 4634 N. Idlewild Avenue, Milwaukee 53211.
2. That UANIEL H. BERRONG was the husband of aff iant at
all times referred to hereinafter.
3. That D~ANIEL H. BERRONG a~ea a resident of Milwaukee
County, State of Wisconsin, on the 5th day of November, 1974;
that attached hereto as_Exh ibit 1 and incorporated herein by
reference is a certified copy of a death certificate confirming
the death of DANIEL H. BERRONG issued by the Health Commissioner
of the City of Milwaukee.
4. That affiant became married to the said DANIEL H.

tain warranty deed dated January 8, 1970, acknowledged January

Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, as Document
No. 189175 in Off icial Records Book 182, Page 1960-61, by means
~ of which Sam B. Berrong and Elsie A. Berrong, his wife, trans-

ferred and conveyed title to premises legally described as
