TRIPLETT, Wife ~ RESTRAINING ORDER ~ ~ . 1 This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of ~ ~ the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoin- ~ 1 ing the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using physical violence or annoying the Wife or the minor child and from maiming, ~ s _ ~ killing or using physical violence on the Appolusian gelding horse, ~ ~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon, ~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ~ 1. That the Husband, CAROL A. TRIPLETT, be and he is hereby ~ en'oined and restrained from interfering with-, molesting, using ~ 7 ~ ; physical violence, harassing or annoying the Wife and the minor child. ~ F ~ 2. That the Husband, CAROL A. TRIPLETT, be and he is hereby i ~ I ~ enjoined and restrained from maiming, harming, killing or using ~ ~ ~ ~ physical violence on the Appolusian gelding horse located on the ~ _ ~ ~ premises at 104 Monroe Avenue in W'hite City, St. Lucie County, t ~ ~ Florida. ~ ~ ~ 3.
