This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of ~

the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoin- ~

ing the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using physical
violence or annoying the Wife or the minor child and from maiming, ~

killing or using physical violence on the Appolusian gelding horse, ~

and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon, ~
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. That the Husband, CAROL A. TRIPLETT, be and he is hereby ~
en'oined and restrained from interfering with-, molesting, using ~

; physical violence, harassing or annoying the Wife and the minor child.

3. Al1 and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida ~

~ are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be ~

~ necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order, ~
