RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY _
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Tnat whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a ~ounty road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
' WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
r oad and /or di tch i s sub j ec t to Mort~a~e Deed
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
~hereinafter described.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of
ttie premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
