This cause came on ~or hearing on the 3rd day of January, ~

1975 to modify the Final Judgment in said cause as to child support ~

and alimony for the Wife and attorney's fees and costs, and the Court ~

having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of
counsel and being fully advised in the premises; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Commencing the lOth day of January, 1975, the Husband,
NICK C. PRIEST, shall pay to PATRICIA C. PRIEST the sum of $1,200.00
; each and every month, for the support of the mi.nor children, GARY
~ RANyAL PRIEST, BRADLY NICK PRIEST, JEFFERY WAYNE PRIEST and ROGER
s ~
~ ANDREW PRIEST, minor children of the parties. Each payment shall t
~ ~
~ be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to ;
~ ~
PATRICIA C. PRIEST. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of i
~ i
$1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
~
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the clerk of this
Y~~ Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
~
~
~ while this order is in effect.

2. The Petition to extend the periodic alimony to the Wife
subsequent to August 1975 is denied. ~
3. The Court determines the sum of $250.00 to be reasonable
