ren named above, for a total of $50.00 weekly.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to LILLIAN A. FAIRCLOTH. In addi-
tion there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statuatory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each ot ~arties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other. '
5. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the swa of
$300.00_for t~ie wife's attorney for his services herein and
the husband is ordered to pay said attorney said swa together
with costs herein assessed at $30.50 to be paid to wife's
. attorney at the rate of $10.00 per week until the full swn is

~ 6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders
as may be proper.
