the Wife, and ~he Motion To Withdraw as attorney for the husband
filed by Ralph Flowers, Esquire, and all parties entitled to ;
notice of this hearing having been duly notified, and the Court s

haviri~ heard the evidence and being fully advised in the premises, x

IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That Ralph Flowers, Esquire, is relieved as counsel
! in this case, there being no objection asserted by the Husband,

; JOHNNY M. DUBBERLY.

` 2. CUSTODY AND SUPPORT. The court having the benefit
~ of the report of the Division of Family Services her~by awards ~
~ custody of JONATHAN MATTHEW DUBBERLY, minor child of the parties, ~

to MARY DUBBERLY, under the supervision of the Division of
F'amily Services, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to JOHNNY M. DUBBERLY, the Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 13th day of January, 1975,

~ JOHNNY M. DUBBERLY shall pay to MARY DLJBBERLY the sum of $25.00 ~

each and every week, for the support of the child named above. ;
~s, Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by him

~ remitted promptly to MARY DUBBERLY. In addition there is hereby
