ORDER
THIS MATTER coming on for hearing on the 7th day of January, 1975, '
the parties being present, evidence being taken, and argument of counsel
heard, the Court finds that:
1. There is a balance due the Plaintiff, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) under the contract
entered into by the parties.

~ 2. The Plaintiff, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, is due thirteen

' (13) months' interest at six percent (6$) on the amount withheld from

e it by the Defendants, ANTHONY GUARINO and NELLIE GUARINO, until the date
~ of a ent; said interest totalling One Thousand Four Hundred One and

~ 98/100 Dollars ($1,401.98). . ~

3. The claim of the Plaintiff for the motel bill is denied.
4. The Defendant is due Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) on Count VI

~ of the Counterclaim for pool repair, and Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) I

~ on Count II of the Counterclaim for air fare. After setting off the
~ amounts due the counterclaimant, there is a net balance to the Plaintiff,
~ GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, of One Thousand Five Hundred One and
~ 98/100 Dollars ($1,501.98).
