1. That the Plaintiff, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, recover
from the Defendants, ANTHONY GUARINO and NELLIE GUARINO, his wife, the
sum of One Thousand Five Hundred One and 98/100 Dollars ($1,501.98),
for which let execution issue.
2. That upon payment of same to the Plaint~`f, that the Plaintiff
will deliver a deed to the property, to the Defendants, ANTHONY GUARINO
and NELLIE GUARINO, his wife.
3. That the Defendants' Counterclaims, except for numbers two
and six, are denied.
4. That each party shall bear its own costs with the cost of the
Court Reporter being split equally between the parties.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers this day of January, 1975.
