S FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ i This action came on for hearing on the lOth day of January, ; 1975, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the arties and the subj ect matter of this action; that the relationship ~ p s x ~ of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent, ~ and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ~ s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: ~ ~ 1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- ~ _ tioner, JANET A. HART, and the Respondent, WILBURN M. HART, be and ' ~ ~ ; the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are i ~ forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. a 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement agree- ~ ment executed by the parties on the 2nd day of January, 1975, was = ~ 3 freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under ~ i [ the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best : , interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is in- i ~ ~ ~ corporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are ~ ~ ordered to comply with all terms of the agreement. ~ ~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties ~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~ ~ just and proper in the premises. - ~ DONE AND ORDERED at Ft.
