WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Comanission
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at }

least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property owners ~

within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has recommende ~

to the Board of County Co~nissioners of St. Lucie County that the
hereinafter described request for a change in zoning classification '

WHEREAS, the Board of County Co~missioners neia a public hearing
on January 7, 1975, after first publishing notice of said hearing
in the News Tribune on December 13, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 7th ~
day of January, 1975 as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in St.
