DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determiness This Cou~t
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the =
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties shoutd be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows=
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between MAUREEN M. NEBB
and PETER WEBB be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and - f
! each of th~n are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

~ exis~i~~y between them and from the obligatiaris arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation Agreement admitt ed into evidence is

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. MAUREEN M. WEBB be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of MAUREEN M. MITCHELL and to use !

the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~

~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto _

~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
