Upon the stipulation of counsel for all parties, it is Ordered
and Adjudged
1. The "Verified Petition and Complaint in Intervention" of
Monroe Spen as Trustee of the Henry Spen and Company, Inc.,
Employees'.Profit Sharing Retirement Trust is accepted as
his Complaint in Znterbention and he is designated as a
party Plaintiff in Intervention in this cause.
2. The Defendants, Lawrence F. Brinster and Mary Irene Brinster,
' are allowed twenty (20) days from the date of entry of this
