plumbing apparatus, [i:tures, appliancea. ventilating equipment, toilets, basins. electric heating and lightine
plants, lighting Cxtures, power machinety. ptant or piants for running and operation of passenger or othet•ele-
vators. including passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges. awnings and shutters, now

~ convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and ~

quietly to enter upon. hold. occupy and enjoy said Iand; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as
x may be herein desccibed; that the Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
said Iand in the hlort~agee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mort~agor hereby fully wurants the title
to said land and will defend the same asainst the lawful ctaims of all persons whomsoevet.
