in consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Ftorida
Power & Light Company and its wccesso~s and assigns an easement for the c~onstruction, ope~ation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities li~ludi~g wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; al~o, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfe~e with raid facilities, on, over, upon, under, and ac~oss my/our property de9cribed
as follows;
The West 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 4, Unit 8B, LAREWOOD PARK, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 48, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and
parallel with the East right-of-way line of Emerson Avenue as it now
exists.
