In consideration of the payme~~i io me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of ~1.00 and other good and
valuable ~=ons'~ation which 1/ws hanre received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstruction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facitities t~~c~uding wires, poles, guYs, cables, conduits, trdnsformer enclow~es and '
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, imprave, add to, change
the size of or ~emove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
1he West 10 feet of Lot 3, Block S, Unit 8B, Lakewood Park, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 48, Public Records of St. Lucie Crnmty, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel
with the East right-of-way line of Emerson Avenue as it now exists.
