In vonsideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of 51.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which 1/we have reoeived, I/we and those holding th~ougFt me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities Iincluding wires, poles, guYs. cables, oonduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstn~ct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
cieher Company or person; alsfl, to c~i, i~im and keep clea~ all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upo~, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
1he West 10 feet of Lot 5, Block 5, Unit 8B, Lakewood Park, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 48, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
It is the inte~nt that this easeffient graaited herein be adjacent to and parallel
with the East right-of-way line of Emerson Avenue as it now exists.
