~ (S) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all

that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the
3rd day of February , 1975 , a day not less than ten (10)
days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
~ or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-
~ house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first given notice

as required by Section 45:031 of the Florida Statutes, 1971. ~
