(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 142, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPLAT, according

~ (5) -If the aforesaid total sum due'to the plaintiff, and all

Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the
3rd day of February , 19 75, a day not less than ten (14)
days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
~ or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-
~ house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first given notice

~ as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, 1971.
